White clay is a mixture of various components,
and has given the original optimization as activated clay
that absorbs the heat-polarized substances selectively. Thus,
only a small amount of white-clay can give you the best decoloring
effects in the shortest time.
The solid acids, which exist by exchanges
between the double-sided layer and eight-sided layer of the
crystallized structure, act on increasing the chemical absorptive
effects. Thus, the changes in the ability of decoloring are
drastic according to the level of acidity. In the white-clay,
the acidity is stably controlled based on the type of the
oil to be refined.
The surface area of the white-clay discharges
soluble substances within the structure by acidic processing,
expanding the surface area. Through this, uniform products
with better decoloring effects are being produced.
